How is this different from regular physical therapy?

Physical Therapy (PT) is highly effective for physiological injuries—broken bones, torn muscles, strained ligaments, and similar issues. Physical Therapists are trained to rehabilitate
injuries that occur in the body. However, when it comes to a neurological injury, a different approach to therapy is required – which is where NeuroAnimation comes in.
NeuroAnimation is different:

  • It focuses on neurological recovery, not orthopedic recovery.
  • It uses explorative, goal-driven movement to strengthen motor-planning, coordination, balance, and brain connectivity.
  • PT rehabilitates the body. We rehabilitate and grow the brain.

I have an orthopedic injury (ex. Broken leg). Could NeuroAnimation help me with this?

NeuroAnimation therapy will not be effective regarding an orthopedic injury. NeuroAnimation is designed to rehabilitate and strengthen the neurological system. So for that kind of situation, we would highly recommend physical therapy and occupational therapy as the most effective path to a high-quality recovery.
If the orthopedic injury had complications alongside it relating to the neurological system, we would be happy to discuss further with you about NeuroAnimation’s efficacy for a heightened recovery.
We can always screen you and give you an honest, professional recommendation.

What qualifies you to do this therapy?

Our staff is trained specifically in neurological cognitive-motor learning and in the NeuroAnimation system.

  • A NeuroAnimation Specialist holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field, and is well trained on NeuroAnimation’s specific approach to therapy.
  • Every staff member is screened, trained, and certified internally to ensure the highest-quality care.

Can anyone benefit from this?

Short answer: Yes.

Core brain strengthening benefits nearly everyone—from athletes to individuals with significant neurological impairment (excluding those unable to move at all).

A better analogy: Can anyone benefit from exercise? Almost always, yes.

Does this help with sleep?

It depends on the cause of the sleep issue.

  • If sleep problems are neurological (over-excitation, dysregulation, brain fog, etc.), NeuroAnimation can be extremely effective.
  • If sleep issues stem from medication side effects, mental health factors, or unrelated medical conditions, the answer becomes more individualized.

We are always happy to discuss your specific situation.

How will I receive event details?

Will this affect migraines?

If they are asking about themselves:
We’d love to learn more. Migraines can come from many sources, and understanding the specifics allows us to give an informed answer.

If they are asking in general:
It’s quite possible—strengthening the neurological system can often improve migraine frequency and intensity, depending on the cause.

If they are asking whether NeuroAnimation causes migraines:
It’s very unlikely. If discomfort ever occurs, we adjust the session to make the environment more comfortable.

What would you do in an emergency?

We are CPR/AED/First Aid certified and follow a clear emergency protocol.

  • We stop the session immediately.
  • Assess the situation.
  • Call emergency services if needed.
  • Stay with the client until care is fully transferred.

Your safety is our top priority.
