Community Liaison Manager

Tara is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. She earned her Bachelor of Education from The University of Toledo and her Master of Arts from The University of Akron, and has built her career around helping patients reach their fullest potential.

With a specialization in geriatric care and advanced dementia training, Tara has spent over a decade leading teams as a Director of Rehabilitation in a subacute care facility. Her leadership and compassion have made her a trusted advocate for both patients and colleagues alike.

Tara lives in Lewis Center, Ohio with her husband, Nick, and their three children—Zach, Alexis, and Jacob. When she’s not helping patients, you’ll find her cheering on her kids at sporting events or enjoying time with family and friends. Tara has a passion for helping others and believes in the power of rehabilitation to transform lives.
